You can only take full, unopened beverages from The Cook, and only until 10.00pm.
You are not permitted under any circumstances to take glasses of alcohol off the premises (or on to Steele Park)
ID – legal requirements
You must be 18 years or older with valid ID to be on the premises, or in the company of your parent or legal guardian
The only forms of ID are: current NZ Divers license (no temporary ones), Passport, or 18+ card from Hospitality NZ. Copies not accepted, they must be originals
You can only take full, unopened beverages from The Cook, and only until 10.00pm
Terms and Conditions – Lodge Real Estate Promotion
1. Eligibility and Redemption Requirements
1.1. The offer must be redeemed in person. To claim the offer, participants are required to personally approach either Bill, Finn, and Jack and request redemption.
2. Offer Details
2.1. The promotion entitles each eligible participant to one (1) regular handle of beer only.
2.2. Ready-to-drink beverages (RTDs), spirits, wine, and cocktails are expressly excluded from this offer.
2.3. No substitutions or cash alternatives will be provided.
3. Redemption Limitations
3.1. The offer is strictly limited to one (1) redemption per person.
3.2. Multiple entries or redemptions by the same individual will not be accepted.
4. Verification and Rights Reserved
4.1. Redemption may also be refused to any person deemed to be exploiting the promotion, intoxicated, or in breach of The Cook’s Terms and Conditions of Trade.
4.2. Lodge Real Estate reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
5. Acceptance of Terms
5.1. By participating in this promotion, entrants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
6. Age Restriction
6.1. This promotion is open only to individuals aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required at the time of redemption. Lodge Real Estate and its representatives reserve the right to refuse service to any person unable to provide satisfactory evidence of age.
7. Responsible Service of Alcohol
7.1. The Cook and its staff reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any person in accordance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 and the venue’s policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. To the extent permitted by law, Lodge Real Estate, its employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of or in connection with the promotion or the acceptance or use of any offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. Any disputes arising in connection with this promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of Lodge Real Estate. The decision of Lodge Real Estate is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
